The service has an authentic interest in processing personal data to provide EFT services. The purpose of this statement is to let you know what personal information the EFT service collects and holds, why we collect this data, how long it is kept and your rights over your data.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Piece Together collects personal information from you when you enquire about our EFT services to set up a Discovery Session and Tapping sessions. This information includes contact details and other relevant personal information.
The EFT Practitioner will keep brief notes on the sessions. These keep track of what has been spoken about in sessions and what has been done in EFT sessions. You will not be directly identified on these notes. The EFT practitioner will use initials. Practitioners are also required to have supervisors so that they can discuss cases and get further ideas of how to help you. Again, you will not be identified in these sessions.
Once a client finishes EFT sessions, all data regarding their sessions is stored securely for seven years and then destroyed if necessary. Any notes taken when in Zoom/Teams meetings will be kept on a secure password-protected device. Once finished, your notes will be stored securely for seven years.
OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Your personal information will be used only to provide you with our services and give you information about our services. We will not share your details with any other person or organisation without your knowledge and permission unless there is a legal requirement for a safeguarding issue., perceived risk of harm, money laundering or an act of terrorism and radicalisation. A breach of confidentiality is when a person shares information with another in circumstances where it is reasonable to expect that the information will be kept confidential.
SECURITY
We will take all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us.
Communications in connection with this service will be sent by email and all information received will be kept securely. While working online, sessions must not be recorded by the EFT Practitioner or you, the client.
