Hello. I am Lynn and I look forward to working with you to help you release fears from past trauma, eliminate negative habits and find relief from issues causing distress. I want to help you find the inner peace that we all deserve from anxiety and or low self-esteem .
After working as a teacher for over twenty years, I found myself increasingly interested in counselling and holistic therapies following many past traumas in my own life.
I am a qualified EFT practitioner and I hold the EFT Advanced Practitioner Certificate. I am also on my journey to becoming a qualified counsellor.
I work face to face in a comfortable private space where we can explore your issues together using EFT. I can help you piece together your negative memories and experiences so that you can find peace and move on with your life.
