I offer:
An initial free 15 minute call where you can ask me any questions, I can get an overview of your issues and we can see if we are a good fit to work together.
If we decide to work together, this would be followed by -
A 60 minute Discovery session. This takes place before any Tapping starts and is to explain how Tapping works, explore issues in more depth and plan goals together.
This Discovery session is then followed by -
60 minute Tapping sessions. Here, we tap and talk together to help remove negative emotional responses linked to memories and experiences. The amount of sessions needed depends on each individual's experiences and needs.
